As part of the observance of Sukkot, when Jews all over the world build temporary houses, Jews will canvass and phone bank to build another House (of Representatives) — by working to replace members of Congress who enable Trump’s immoral agenda.
Join us for a canvass in Modesto with our partner organization, Working America, as part of Interrupt Trump 2018, the largest Jewish grassroots election effort to mobilize voters in response to this historically dangerous time in our country.
The Republican incumbent in CA-10, Jeff Denham, supported the tax scam bill, has 0% support with the Brady Campaign to End Gun Violence, and received a high rating from Americans for Prosperity (Tea Party & Koch brothers).
Rep. Denham has voted with Trump 97.4% of the time. By replacing Trump’s enablers in Congress and working to elect progressive challenger Josh Harder, we can stem the tide of inhumane policies coming from the White House.
We'll give you all the training you need at the beginning of the canvass and then you’ll hit our canvass routes in pairs!
