Description
As white Jews, how can we embody our commitment to radical and sustained action and bring our full selves to the work of ending white supremacy?
In this session we will channel Sukkot practices to examine the foundational longings that shape our commitment to racial justice. We will explore what gets in the way of us fully aligning with those commitments and realizing our full agency within white supremacy through personal reflection and small group practice.
This session is a reflection and practice space for white-identified folks currently organizing with Bend the Arc: Jewish Action, Bay Area or who are interested in getting involved with BTA's work. It is based on and includes practices from STRONGHOLD's "Collective Practice to End White Supremacy."
